Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our expert team in marine industry refurbishment projects! 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning to execution and final evaluation. Your tasks will include quality control, scheduling, resource planning, and documentation. 
You will lead the project team, ensuring smooth collaboration and coordinating personnel activities throughout different project phases. You will also manage client relationships and actively collaborate with clients and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee project finances, from budget creation to financial reporting and monitoring. 

We hope you have: 

• Experience as a project manager in shipbuilding, the marine industry, or a related field 
• Strong project management skills and the ability to execute demanding, large-scale, and complex projects 
• A solid understanding of business fundamentals 
• Fluent oral and written English skills 
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment 

You are flexible yet assertive in your approach. You can manage change, prioritize effectively in demanding situations, and maintain focus under pressure. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
